This Private Vehicle Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of execution by and between DEUCE TWO HOLDINGS, LLC ("Owner") and the Renter specified in the confirmation form below ("Renter").

1. VEHICLE RENTAL: Owner agrees to rent the vehicle to Renter, and Renter agrees to rent the vehicle from Owner, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. The vehicle shall be used solely for personal or business transportation and shall not be used for any illegal purposes, racing, or off-road use.

2. RENTAL PERIOD: The rental period shall commence on the Start Date and conclude on the End Date as specified by the Renter. Any extension of the rental period must be requested in writing and approved by Owner in advance.

3. FEES AND CHARGES: Renter agrees to pay the rental fees as quoted at the time of booking. Renter is responsible for all tolls, parking fines, and traffic violations incurred during the rental period. A security deposit may be required and will be returned upon the safe return of the vehicle, subject to any deductions for damages or outstanding fees.

4. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY: Renter acknowledges that they must maintain valid insurance coverage. Renter assumes full responsibility for any damage to the vehicle, loss of use, or liability to third parties arising from the use of the vehicle during the rental period. Owner shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

5. MAINTENANCE AND CARE: Renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear. Renter shall not smoke inside the vehicle and shall ensure the vehicle is returned with the specified fuel level.

6. GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Deuce Two Holdings, LLC is registered.
